bandwidth requirements

I have been told there are minimum bandwidth requirements for some
applications. Can anyone tell me if this is true and what the minimum
bandwidth requirements would be for Microsoft Exchange?

That depends on your organization size: how many users, how many servers,
messaging habits, etc.
For a branch office with 30 users and a centralized Exchange server, 64 Kb
may be sufficient... Or not!
