I have an Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 server. I would like to upgrade to
Exchange 2003 and Windows 20003 server on the same box. What would be the
best way of doing this?

The correct order of installation is:
1) Upgrade Exchange
2) Upgrade Windows
Of course, it's not that simple. There are some things you should be aware
of, so I recommend the following readings:
"Upgrade to Exchange Server 2003"
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro...3/upgrade.mspx
"Considerations when you upgrade to Exchange Server 2003"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=822942
"Migrating Exchange 2000 to 2003 - A "Quick and Dirty" HOW TO"
http://www.msd2d.com/Content/Tip_vie...4-8f8ac5c2b553
I prefer installing a new server and doing a swing upgrade. Is much easier
and with less risk.
