Make sure that all GC's have been rebooted after promoting them. Also
consider a second reboot to make sure the NSPI Service is being advertised.
Make sure that DNS is correct, that we do not have any bad entries for GC's.
I have seen this issue resolved with reboots and sometime's multiple reboots
of GC's.
Otherwise the Default GAL may have to be rebuilt. If you need to do that I
would suggest opening a support incident to make sure that process goes
smoothly.

We have started to receive errors in outlook "the bookmark is invalid"

We know the server IS available as we can send and receive messages. but
