    Exchange 5.5 public Folders

    I have a 5.5 server and am trying to allow someone access to create public
    folders, where do I set permissions?

    if you want them to be able to create "top level" folders, grant them the
    permission in Information Store Site Configuration object (in the
    configuration container)...
