I'm looking for a way to ensure that if an E-Mail is sent from "X" group of
people on our Exchange server to anyone in a group "Y" also on our Exchange
server, then we want to make sure "Z" people are CC'd on the message if they
are not already.

Anyone have an idea on how to code this within Exchange or know of a product
that does it already?
