    mailmig.exe from exch5.5

I want to use mailmig.exe in batch mode using a control file durring our
migration from 5.5 to 2k3. I noticed the "Container" required Parameter,
which concerned me. Our domain user accounts are pre-existing and are
currently being used for the 5.5 implementation. I want to ensure new
accounts are not created for the migrated mailboxes. The domain user accounts
    are currently mail-enabled.

Will mailmig.exe find these accounts and in the off-hand chance they do not
exist create them in the OU that I have defined by the "Container" Parameter?
    or
Will it try to create the user account if it is not in the OU defined by
    "Container?"
    or
    ....none of the above...
    Thanks,
    Brian

    Hello Brian,

If the mailmig does not find a match in AD it will create a disabled mailbox
enable user in the OU that you define in the Container parameter
