    Updating Calander in Public Folders

    Hello,

When a user makes an appointment in his own calander, I want it to update
    the public folder calander aswell.
Is there a way to do this?

We use Exchange 2003 STD and Office 2003 Prof.

Thanks in advance and please answer in this newsgroup.

You could look at writing an Exchange Store Event sink to do this "on save
or onsyncsave, on delete and onsyncdelete" see the Exchange SDK for more
detail on eventsinks. Creating an appointment in a public folder using a
eventsink would be very easy, keeping it in sync after modifications and
deletes can be quite complex and needs a bit logic. There are also a number
of third partys products that can do this have a look at
    http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm for a list

    Cheers
