Forwarding Emails

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a method of forwarding emails to an internet
address through Exchange 5.5, other than using Rules in Outlook?

Yes....create a custom recipient in Exchange Administrator for the external
address, and then set up the forwarding options in the Exchange mailbox
itself. You can then hide the custom recipient from the address list if you
want.
