ADC - Do I still need it

When I first setup ADC, I had a Windows 2000 Server in a mixed mode
environment and I was upgrading my Exchange 5.5 to 2000. Now I have one 2000
DC and two 2003 DC's and Exchange 2003 is running on a Server 2000 platform.
Do I still need ADC installed? I am getting ready to decommission the server
where it is installed and am wondering if I need to install it somewhere. I
thought it was needed because I was not in a complete AD environment, but now
that I am, I'm questioning its purpose. Am I wrong?

    Thank you.

If you have no 5.5 servers left, you don't need it any more.
