    exchange solution

    Hi,

We have been going around in circles and need help. Our departments need to
send mail as their department name eg sales@whatever.com We also need
internal mail to be sent as fred@whatever.local Basically the only people
inside the organization who are allowed to send as their name
    fred@whatever.com is the department managers.

We are in the process of trying to use public folders for the
sales@whatever.com mail and keep the users internal mail in their inbox.

We have run into some issues... It seeems that everything that I have found
is about exchange 5.5 or outlook 2000 we use outlook 2003 and exchange 2003.
The agents do not appear to run when using the 5.5 scripting agents. We also
can not seem to change the default form of a public folder to anything other
than IPM.POST or a custom form called IPM.POST.whatever

We need a solution or some direction on the best way of achieving this
without the user having to manually change the form address.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Regards,
    Chris Rae
