cannot create the Customized Appointment using CDOEX

i created a customized Appointment, added additional form page to this Form.
i can create the Appointment in Outlook2003, using this customized Form.

but when i use CDOEX to create the Appointment, it can never create the
customized appointment form, only the standard appointment form is created.
Why?

What do you set the message class to? If you don't set it, CDOEX will
create the default appointment item.

no place, no object or property to set the Message Class. i never set the
messageclass which is used in OOM instead of CDOEX

I have set the customized form connected with the Calendar folder.

could u give me a hint?
