Can I replicate EX2003 to another server for DR purposes

    This is my requirement

    Site 1
    1 x exchange 2003 server with 30 users
Mailboxes and public folders all reside on same server

    Site 2
A different geographic location, connected by an IP network
1 x Exchange server that is a working copy of the server at site 1, in case
if disaster and site 1 unavailable all users can log on to the Exchange
server at site 2 and continue to work away

    My questions===
Can this be done with asyncronous replication?
Can this be done without SAN?
Can someone please point me to some documentation to help me set up
    replication??

    All help appreciated

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but you can use a
replication tool like NSI Doubletake to replicate the
information stores etc to the remote server. The trick is that you must not
have Exchange installed on the remote server. When the server in the main
site goes down, you can quickly install Exchange in disaster recovery mode
and users could then connect to their mailbox. I have used this scenario in
the past and it has worked well, but it is important to note that it is not a
true fail over as it takes the amount of time to install exchange on the
remote servers for users to gain access to their mailboxes, maybe 30
    minutes....

    These two sites may help..
