Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2003

I had the Outlook Web Access active for my employees to access there mail
when they were away and all of a sudden when you try to log in it does not
work it says that it cannot log you in. If you couls please help as this is
becoming a pain. Thansk for your time.

Hard to help with so little info. Excact error message? Does it work
internally with http://.. or https://servername/exchange ?
