Exchange Gooroos ... Shareing Calendars Between Organization

We currently have an Exchange 2000 Server in a domain (Code1000) and we would like to setup a new Exchange Server 2003 in it's on domain (research.nrl.navy.mil) and be able to let users from each organization view/post items in the other organizations shared calendars. Is Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003 the answer?

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Will this work for an idividual mailbox that is sharing there private calendar for others to review?
