OWA error

Have a user that gets the following error below from any pc connecting to
exchange 5_5 OWA -- other users from same domain have no issues
Where should I start looking???
Error is below:

What about the eventlogs of OWA and Exchangeserver?
Can he logon with Outlook if onsite?

Nothing is logs and Yes can access thru Outlook while on LAN
OWA still has same issue noted below
