Design to upgrade to Exchange 2003

Dear Sir,

In our envirement, I have 1 domain running on W2K SP2
Active Directory with Exchange 2000 SP3 server. In this
Domain, I also have a Active Directory replication server
for File server.
Now, I will buy a NEW Machine to replace the W2K with
Exchange 2000 server.
What is the procedure to migrate ?
Any Document about this?
