    Accessing mailbox in different domain

    All,

We currently migrating users from NT4.0/Exchange 5.5 to
    AD/Win2k/Win2k3/Exch2k3. We have a two-way trust relationship
established between both domains. Users in AD will need access to
email accounts in the NT4/Exch5.5 temporarily while logged into their
    AD/Exc2k3 accounts.
    Is this possible?
What's the proper method for allowing this access?

    Thanks again,

    Ian

Specify their AD account as their primary-windows-nt-account
If you want more leeway when doing this, then after the ad accounts are
created, you can modify the mailbox to have their NT account show up on the
permissions tab as an alternate user (obj-users is the attribute for CSV
export IIRC) and you can then have the AD account as the
primary-windows-nt-account. The user logs in as either until you disable
    one of the accounts.

Helps for matching when migrating as well.

Yes this is possible. Have you already migrated the NT user accounts to AD?
Are your Exchange 5.5 servers and Exchange 2003 servers in the same
    organization?
