    RPC over HTTP question

    Hello!

I have RPC over HTTP working on both standard Exchange 2003 servers and SBS
2003 servers. One thing I noticed is that the SBS servers do not have
"RPC-HTTP back-end server" checked in the Exchange System Manager "RPC-HTTP"
tab, while the standard Exchange 2003 servers do have that box checked. All
servers are running Exchange 2003 SP1.

    Any idea why the difference?

It might be an SBS thing, but if you have a box that's already been
set up as an RPC over HTTPS before applying SP1 you don't actually
need to tick the tick to make it an RPC over HTTPS back end. You can
tick by all means and the process will verify the information you
added manually but probably won't do anything over and above what you
    have already done manually.
