Mailbox Store Will Not Mount

Fresh Install of exchange 2003 with service pack 1 on a fresh install of
server 2003.

There is another exchange server in the domain. I want to migrate from
one to the other.

When I go into the system manager the Mailbox Store is not mounted. I
click to mount it and it returns the following errors:

Event ID: 9519
Error 0x80004005 starting database "First Storage Group\Mailbox
Store" on the Microsoft Exchange Information Store.

Event ID: 9546
Failed to create the Event Registration Mailbox for Database
First Storage Group\Mailbox Store. Error - 0xbf69.

After researching a lot on the internet and having no success I turn to
you guys for some real help!

Have you ruled out virus protection? Make sure you have software that is
'exchange aware.'
