Uninstalling Exchange 2003

I installed Exchange 2003 to a new server and moved all of my mailboxes.
Now I need to remove the old installation of Exchange 2003. The last time I
tried to uninstall Exchange 2003 it would not Uninstall completely and it
also changed the permissions of IUSR_Server. I had to add a regular user
account to get anonymous access.

If the uninstallation doesn't work, which it should, then you can

follow this:

clean the box and the AD up.
